How to read these numbers

Appeal
A documented request to reverse, waive, reduce, or modify an enforcement action, charge, or decision. Related messages are counted as one proceeding.
Approved appeal
A resolved appeal in which the requested relief was granted in full.
Partial approval
A resolved appeal in which some, but not all, requested relief was granted.
Any relief
The combined total of fully approved and partially approved appeals.
Denied appeal
A resolved appeal in which the requested relief was not granted.
Unresolved / pending appeal
An appeal for which the reviewed records do not establish a final disposition.
Notice
One violation category issued to one property on one inspection date. A multi-category letter counts once per category.
Fine
A monetary assessment recorded at an enforcement level. Gross fine totals are measured at issuance, before later adjustments.
Comment / no clear vote
A documented response that does not clearly approve, partially approve, or deny the appeal.
No recorded Board comment or position
No clear response from that member was located for the appeal proceeding in the records reviewed.

Later noticeSubsequent fine$100$100 rate

The first through fourth fine stages shown in the reviewed notices double from $50 to $100 to $200 to $400. The later-fine category is $100 rather than a continued $800 step. Recorded CC&Rs §11.4 does not state the dollar amounts: a simple Board majority determines a breach, and after 30 days' written notice and an opportunity to be heard, a two-thirds Board vote may assess a penalty under an established Board-adopted fine schedule furnished to Unit Owners.
